Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer than usual.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to many locations depending on product availability and carrier service coverage.
Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, carrier, and product availability.
Typical delivery estimates may include:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International destinations: 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect address information, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping fees may vary based on:

- Product size and weight
- Shipping method
- Order value
- Promotional shipping offers
Any shipping promotions, such as free shipping, may be subject to specific conditions and may change at any time.
5. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after shipment confirmation.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, this does not always mean your package is lost. Some carriers may experience delays in scanning and updating tracking details.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
CuddleDino is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@cuddledino.space.
We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CuddleDino is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:
- Check your mailbox, front desk, lobby, porch, or delivery area.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Wait 1–2 business days, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final delivery.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
CuddleDino is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
9. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier restrictions.
If your items arrive in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
10. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cuddledino.space.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to our Return and Refund Policy.
